The Beresford Ambulance is made up of volunteers who donate their time helping others in need.  The ambulance have on staff over 20 volunteer EMT's who respond to accidents, emergencies and other related medical emergencies.  Each of the volunteers have completed basic EMT schooling which consists of 110 hours of training.  Some of the EMT's have furthered their training by attending other classes to become better trained in responding to emergencies.  The Beresford Ambulance responds to all calls whether in the city limits or along the interstate.
