A number of years ago the City of Beresford identified the need for a new golf course and housing development. The community and the City have progressed in these plans to replace the existing golf course with a new one. 

     The "Bridges at Beresford" Housing Development will offer, through Weber Realty, about seventy-five single family housing units and approximately thirty-five townhouse and condominium dwelling units.  This housing development will involve two different phases.  The first phase of the development involves the development of 21 lots in the West13th Street area.  Three more lots, located on 289th Street, will be included in phase 1 and will overlook hole #6 and #8. 

     A great deal of community support and input has helped this project to progress at a very rapid rate.   This project will no doubt make our community stronger and more vibrant.
