     When shopping for a Home Loan make sure you are ready.  You will need to bring with you to the lending institution the following items:

 

bulletPay Stubs,
bullet Bank Statements - two current monthly statements on all accounts generally are sufficient,
bullet Earnest money - from a verifiable source,
bullet Employment verification - form must be filled out by your employer,
bullet tax returns,
bullet Gift letter - a letter must accompany any monetary gift used to purchase the property, which should be given in the form of a check.
